User Agreement – Yellowbox Travels
This agreement outlines the terms that apply when you use the Yellowbox Travels website (“Site”) to explore, inquire about, or book travel services. By accessing the Site, you accept these terms.
Eligibility & Use
- You must be 18 years or older to use this website and legally capable of entering into contracts.
- Use the site only for genuine and lawful purposes—like checking travel details or making bookings.
- Yellowbox Travels may restrict or revoke your access if misuse or false information is detected.
Booking & Intermediary Role
- Yellowbox Travels works as an intermediary between you and third-party travel providers (like hotels, airlines, etc.).
- Once a booking is made, your service contract is directly with the provider.
- We are not liable for delays, service failures, or quality issues caused by these providers.
Account Security
- If you register on the website, keep your login info private. Any actions under your account will be considered authorized by you.
- Don’t share passwords, OTPs, or banking details with anyone, even if they claim to be from our team.
Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be made to officially listed Yellowbox Travels accounts.
- Additional charges (like taxes, fees, or convenience charges) may apply and will be shown before payment.
- Refunds depend on service provider policies and will be processed to the original payment method only.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
You must not:
- Upload abusive, obscene, or illegal content.
- Infringe on copyrights or impersonate others.
- Disrupt the website or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Spread malware, phishing links, or false information.
TCS & PAN for International Bookings
- For overseas tour packages, TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is charged under Indian tax law.
- You must provide valid PAN details for all travelers. Invalid PAN may lead to booking cancellation.
PAN & RBI Compliance
- PAN submission is mandatory under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS).
- You agree that Yellowbox Travels may verify or use your PAN for regulatory compliance.
Travel Documents & Visas
- You’re responsible for securing travel documents like visas, OK to Board, and entry permits.
- Yellowbox Travels is not liable for rejections or denied entry due to documentation issues.
Insurance
- Unless specifically included in a booking, travel insurance is your responsibility.
- If insurance is offered, it is provided by a third-party. Claims must be dealt with directly with the insurer.
COVID-19 Advisory
- Travel services may be affected by health protocols or government advisories.
- If a provider cancels or denies service due to COVID-19 concerns, refunds are subject to their terms.
- You may need to follow SOPs like mask-wearing, testing, or submitting health declarations.
Communication Consent
- You agree to receive booking updates and transaction alerts via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or calls.
- These are not promotional and fall under “transactional” communication as per TRAI guidelines.
Third-Party Links & Ads
- Our site may show third-party ads or links. We do not endorse or verify them.
- Use such links at your own risk. We are not responsible for their content or services.
Website Updates & Terms Revision
- We may change or remove features and terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
- Check this page regularly for updates.
Legal Terms
- This agreement is governed by Indian law. Disputes will be handled by courts in Mumbai.
- If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay valid.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Services

- In such cases, refunds will be processed as per policy, and we may report violations to authorities.
