These terms apply when you book, browse, or use any service via Yellowbox Travels’ official website. By continuing to use the site, you agree to comply with the terms listed below.
Visa Services
Yellowbox Travels acts only as a facilitator in helping you apply for a visa. We do not guarantee approval and are not responsible for rejections, delays, or decisions made by embassies or immigration authorities.
You’re responsible for knowing visa rules for your destination. We help with paperwork, document collection, and submitting to the embassy based on your inputs. We are not visa consultants and cannot offer legal advice.
Visa fees, embassy charges, or service fees paid to us are non-refundable, even in case of rejection. All information and documents must be genuine and complete.
Travel Documents & Check-in
It is your responsibility to carry valid IDs, passports, and visas. We are not responsible if you’re denied travel due to incomplete documentation.
Check-in timings and rules depend on the airline. Typically, you should check in 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international one.
Hotel Bookings
Yellowbox Travels enables you to book hotels through its platform but does not run or manage any accommodation. All hotel information is sourced directly from the property.
Check-in and check-out times are set by the hotel. Some properties may refuse entry to unmarried couples or local residents—please review hotel policies in advance.
For bookings that include meals, only the items listed at the time of booking are included. Services like room service, laundry, minibar, or festival surcharges must be paid directly at the hotel.
Flight Tickets
We help you book airline tickets, but the contract is between you and the airline. Airlines may reschedule or cancel flights without our control.
Each airline has different baggage allowances. Some fares may only include hand luggage. Please check airline baggage and fare policies before booking.
If your ticket includes a code-share flight (operated by a different airline), that will be shown at the time of booking.
Tours & Attractions
All tours, activities, and experiences listed on our site are provided by third-party suppliers. We only connect you to them and are not responsible for safety, punctuality, cancellations, or service quality.
You must carry your booking voucher and follow all supplier terms (like age, fitness, dress code, or safety requirements). Some activities may need you to sign waivers or submit medical declarations.
Refunds for no-shows or missed tours are at the discretion of the supplier.
Outbound Tours (International)
Outbound tours are operated with the help of independent contractors like hotels, airlines, and local operators. Yellowbox Travels acts as a coordinator and not as the service provider.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or poor service delivered by third-party vendors. All arrangements are based on availability and are subject to change.
Special requests (e.g., meals, room preferences) are not guaranteed. Changes to bookings, if allowed, may incur additional charges.
Domestic Travel
We offer domestic packages including travel, stays, and activities. All details are confirmed via email or voucher. You’re responsible for timely arrival at pickup points and carrying valid documents.
We are not responsible for missed services due to delays, illness, or last-minute cancellations.
Payments & Pricing
All bookings must be fully paid in advance unless specified otherwise. Bookings marked “Pay at Hotel” or “Partial Payment” are subject to verification.
Prices shown include base fare, applicable taxes, and convenience fees. Additional charges (like festival surcharges, international card fees, or upgrades) may apply depending on the provider.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method after deducting service and convenience fees (if applicable).
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to the specific policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or visa authorities. Yellowbox Travels is not responsible for refund delays from third parties.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive the amount from the respective provider. No refunds are possible for no-shows, denied visas, or partially used services.
Convenience and service fees are non-refundable.
Changes to Booking
Changes to existing bookings (date, name, or itinerary) are allowed based on the provider’s rules and may carry additional charges. Not all bookings are changeable.
Communication
You agree to receive booking updates, payment confirmations, and reminders via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or calls. These are transactional in nature and not considered marketing.
Third-Party Listings
The website may feature third-party ads or links. We do not endorse or verify them. Use external links at your own risk.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Yellowbox Travels is not responsible for:
- Flight delays or reschedules
- Hotel check-in refusals
- Denied visas or entry
- Changes in travel rules
- Lost baggage or personal property
- Supplier defaults or service errors
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for a service—nothing more.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
